A basement café with a French touch in a very quiet residential area in Nordvest. A café that can boost community, become a hello-goodbye hub, a sanctuary. The potential is there.

The name Gazou is derived from the French gazouiller, meaning to chirp, and according to København Liv, that’s exactly what the trio behind the café hopes the locals in Fuglekvarteret will do when they visit the new establishment.
