What kind of bar is this?

Búzio is a breath of fresh air on the Copenhagen bar scene.

Not that the place is turning the world upside down, but sometimes less is more, and I can’t immediately think of other concept wine bars in the capital that are as thoroughly well-executed. Here, some people are genuinely exploring new territory. How refreshing!
