What kind of place is this?

I’ve gradually seen enough narrow café tables in Copenhagen turned into home offices, complete with laptops, Teams meetings, and that headset-and-mic combo that gives the whole room a faint call-center vibe.

Luckily, there are places heading in a different direction.
