While Greenlandic authorities are currently processing a politically sensitive mining application from an Australian-American mining company that has attracted Donald Trump’s attention, warnings are now coming from Austria.

South of Vienna, the company European Lithium, chaired by Australian Tony Sage, has owned an inactive lithium mine since 2011. After 14 years, mining operations have yet to begin. Instead, European Lithium has been fined for issuing »false and misleading signals« and market manipulation.
