A broad swath of theater professionals is criticizing the appointment of Nønne Mai Svalholm to a key post at the Danish Arts Foundation and has lodged complaints about the working environment under the theater director. Two unions have brought the matter to the minister of culture. Nønne Mai Svanholm says there are no specific, documented allegations. The minister is refusing to intervene.
