A new pupil survey from the Danish National Institute of Public Health (NIPH) shows that 11-15 year-olds increasingly use their time in front of a computer screen, and only half the amount of time they spent with friends in 1988.
“Many 11 year-olds have a key around their necks and use much of the afternoon at home in front of a computer screen with games, films and Facebook. There is a great change in the way that children interact,” NIPH Project Leader Pernille Due tells Berlingske.
