The International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims (IRCT) says that after two months on hunger strike in Bahrain, its doctor found the condition of the Danish-Bahraini activist Abdulhadi al-Khawaja to be very poor.
“As a result of the hunger strike, al-Khawaja is in extremely poor health,” the IRCT says in a news release.
