DR2 is reporting that the Danish Tax Authority is negotiating with Microsoft and the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in connection with what is being seen as one of Denmark’s biggest ever tax cases to the tune of DKK 5.8 billion.
The case involves transfer pricing in connection with Microsoft’s acquisition of the Danish company Navision in 2002.
