Normally, we wash the saltwater out of our hair after a long, hot day at the beach. But in recent years, saltwater is something we spray into clean hair to make it look like we’ve taken a dip in the ocean. Saltwater spray gives that same slightly tousled look we associate with the beach.

»It’s brilliant for many types of hair,« says Xenia Nordblom, a long-time hairdresser and judge.
