Was it a coincidence that Russian missiles struck the EU’s representation office in Kyiv Thursday morning? And also hit the British Council building?

The Russians themselves were quick to respond. The British summoned the Russian ambassador for a ’friendly’ conversation, and both Prime Minister Keir Starmer and EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos unleashed their anger.
