Once, Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø was just a brewer. But not just any brewer. He was the Danish and European champion and ranked among the top ten in the world. He found success with the beer bar Tørst, created the beer served at Noma, and in 2014 became the first ever to earn a Michelin star for a restaurant that served only beer with its food, not wine. This fine dining revolution took place at the restaurant Luksus in New York, which has since closed.
