If your parents don’t have an education, it’s much more likely that you won’t pass Danish and math in 9th grade. This was emphasized by the final exams in primary school this summer.

Among students with unskilled parents, nearly 28 percent did not pass both Danish and math. In the group of students whose parents are either skilled workers or have a higher education, less than 9 percent failed by comparison.
