A person repeatedly standing on the edge of a highway bridge, causing the police to block four lanes during rush hour, and individuals repeatedly threatening to jump in front of a train.

Each time, the police must respond, and now the Central and West Zealand Police, in consultation with psychiatric services, have begun charging some of these suicidal individuals with offenses.
