De er begge 30 år, de arbejder begge som konsulenter, og de tjener begge en god løn på mellem 60.000 og 70.000 kroner om måneden.

Men mens Magnus Georg Jensen bor til leje med en kammerat og tvivler på, om han nogensinde får råd til at købe sin egen bolig i sin fødeby, København, så bor Maria Aunsholt Storgaard i en 79 kvadratmeters ejerlejlighed på Sølvgade i indre by – med en anslået friværdi på næsten to millioner kroner.
