Hvis der er noget, københavnerne elsker, er det bagværk.

Boller med ost, kardemommesnurrer, kanelsnegle, alt det andet surdejshejs. Men donuts? Niveauet har ikke ligefrem været prangende herhjemme, og jeg tror ikke, at jeg nogensinde har spist en god donut i Danmark. I hvert fald ikke før nu.
