Serves 4-6

Ingredients

500 ml unfiltered apple juice

500 ml cranberry juice

2 tsp brown sugar

2 star anise

2 cinnamon sticks

4 slices of ginger

10 cloves

fresh cranberries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Let it simmer for 20 minutes, and optionally strain out the spices. Garnish with fresh cranberries on cocktail sticks before serving.
